Brenda Harper was born on October 12, 1951, to the late Pearson "Pete" Harper and Mozelle Brown Harper. She departed this life on March 30, 2026, at her home.

Brenda attended Hart County Training School in Hartwell, Georgia. She had a nurturing spirit and was well-loved by her community and family. She loved to cook and dance. She would always say

"I can get down." She also loved watching TV; her favorite shows were Lifetime, Family Feud, Judge Judy, and General Hospital.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents and brothers: Willie, Marvin, and Wade Harper.

Brenda leaves to cherish her loving memories her daughters: Lisa Harper, Michelle (Aaron) Miller, Elaine Harper, and Eliza Belton all of Salisbury, NC; 5 grandchildren: Kimberly Elaine "Puff" Belton Sanchez, Malquon Miller, Michael Miller, Jasmine Miller, Tiana Miller, and 2 great-grandchildren; brothers: Thomas Harper, Miami, FL, Hubert (Mildred) Harper, Jerry and Melvin, all of Hartwell, GA; sisters: Mary Harper, Betty Harper, and Ruth Delphine Jackson, all of Hartwell, GA, and Annie (Bernard) Clement, Salisbury, NC; sister-in-law: Minister Elizabeth Harper, Hartwell, GA, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Special friend: Joann Phifer.
