Breiana Danielle Johnson

Breiana Danielle Carey Johnson, age 34 of Royston, Ga., passed away May 31, 2025.

She was born on July 20, 1990 in Athens, Ga. Breiana was a tattoo artist, artist and musician. She loved many forms of art, music genres and played guitar. She graduated from Foothills Education Charter High School. Most importantly, Breiana was a child of God.

Left to cherish her memory are; her parents, Dana and Johnny Esco of Royston, Ga., son, Ayden Brown, siblings, Matthew Carey, Greenville, S.C., Madison Carey, Carnesville, Ga., Katreena Dove (Andrew), Royston, Ga., Joey Esco (Joanna), Lavonia, Ga., Brandon Esco (Emily), Buford, Ga., and Tony Esco, Royston, Ga., aunts and uncles, Noelle and Jim Reese, Canon, Ga., Rod Burdette, Athens, Ga., Kathy and Gary Herring, Royston, GA., Susan Carey, Royston, Ga, Jill and Chuck Adamski, Royston, Ga., and Jeff and Sherri Carey, Royston, GA., and multiple nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Carey, grandparents, Milton and Fran Burdette, Jimmy and Peggy Carey and Ed and Vivian Esco.

A service celebrating the life of Breiana Danielle Carey Johnson will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2025 at Three o'clock from the sanctuary of Royston Baptist Church.  Rev. Donnie Boleman and Rev. Matt Law will officiate. The family will greet friends 2-3 p.m. at the church just prior to the service.
