Betty Andrews

Mrs. Betty Andrews, age 85 of Andrews Road in Canon, Ga., went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born on October 2, 1935 to Ben Agnew and Tiny Outz Agnew. She was reared in the home of her grandparents; John and Georgia Outz. She was a seamstress for Gips Manufacturing in Hartwell, Georgia for forty plus years and was the oldest member of Calvary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Andrews is survived by her granddaughter reared in the home; Ashley Burden of Hartwell, GA., Children; Glenda Isom of Hartwell, GA., Elaine (Tony) Byrum of Hartwell, GA., Dundee (Tammy) Andrews of Toccoa, GA., Meeker (Kay) Andrews of Hartwell, GA. Grandchild; Paul (Stephanie) Mitchell, great-grandchildren; Aliyah Campbell, Emma Mitchell, grandchild; Trent (Julie) Byrum, great-grandchildren; Emma Robinson, Cyrus Rumsey, grandchild; Will Andrews, grandchild; Keri (Curtis) Shirley, great-grandchildren; Payton Shirley, Alivia Shirley, grandchild; Brittany (Adam) Baldwin, great-grandchildren; Addison Baldwin, Hank Baldwin, Maddie Grace Turner, grandchild; Briana (Scooter) Beatty, great-grandchildren; Taylor Beatty, Sawyer Beatty. Siblings; Kenneth Agnew, Yvonne Parson, Ollie Parson, Steve Agnew, Sadie Wright. She is preceded in death by her husband; William Howard Andrews and brother; Billy Agnew.

Services for Mrs. Betty Andrews will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors at one o'clock in the afternoon with Rev. Gary Bill and Mr. Tom Hardigree officiating. Visitation will be held from 11-1 just prior to the funeral. Burial will be held in the Nancy Hart Memorial Park.
