Bettie Brank Maness

Mrs. Bettie Brank Maness, age 90, of Hartwell, GA. passed away on Friday, September 23, 2022, at her home.

She was born on April 13, 1932 to the late Henry Samuel Brank Sr. and Annabelle Ponder Brank in Chester SC.

She was a retired teacher and attended Price Chapel Church of God.

Mrs. Maness is survived by her husband; Legrand Maness Sr., children; Debbie Maness Clark of Hartwell, GA., Samuel Christopher Maness (Shelly Moore) of LaGrange, KY., Legrand Maness Jr. (Thomas Janter) of Atlanta, GA., John Mark Maness of Hartwell, GA., ten grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, siblings; Lola, Lois, Frances, Jack, Don, Henry Jr., Eula, Margaret, Charles Ray, Woodrow, Emily, and son-in-law; James M. Clark Sr.

Services for Mrs. Maness will be held on Monday, September 26, 2022, at two o'clock in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 25, 2022, from 5-7p.m. Entombment will be held at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in North Carolina. The family will be at the home.
