Mrs. Alice Elizabeth Marshall Woodward, age 86, of Jim Garvey Rd., Hartwell, Ga., went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born November 15, 1932 in Peterborough, N.H., to the late Richard A. Marshall and Elizabeth Scofield Marshall. Alice received her B.S. from the University of New Hampshire. In 1983 she along with her husband, were founding partners of Advanced Barcode and Label Tech. She was of the christian faith and a member of the UCC Church. Alice was a faithful companion and was never afraid of new adventures. She joined her husband of 68 years wherever their travels took them.
She is survived by; her husband, Francis Paul Woodward, children, Ann and Ken Towery, Petersburg, VA., Frank and Tara Woodward, Jacksonville, Fl., Elizabeth and Richard Davey, Decatur, Ga., Amy and Dan Wellington, Lawrenceville, Ga., and Belinda and James Thayer of Hartwell, Ga., sisters, Lynn Boudolf and Roberta Raynor. Eleven grandchildren and Five great granddaughters also survive as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers, John and Samuel Marshall and her sister, Mimi Baker.
