I worked with Nicki on the Rail Road Farmers Market Project to receive the Appalachian Regional Commission Grant. She had passion, heart and diligence for something she believed would benefit the community. The thoughtfulness and caring were evident in every day I spoke with her. Nicki really cared about her community. She will be missed.
